The Payment Lab and any other estimator on this site compute results from assumptions you enter, including the interest rate. We do not publish or advertise a rate through these tools. Results exclude items that vary by property and borrower, including homeowners association dues, mortgage insurance, flood insurance and closing costs, and they assume homeowner’s insurance at 0.35% of purchase price annually unless stated otherwise. Your actual payment will differ. Do not rely on these figures for a purchase decision without speaking to a licensed loan officer.
